There is never a charge for REASONABLE
Searches, or research or re-quotes for clients designated
as PREMIER CLIENTS, i.e.; exceeding $5,000
in product purchases per year. (see below for rebates regarding
search charges)
For other clients, or
new inquiries, your service representative may offer 30 minutes
up to 1 hour in Free Research Services, based on how specific
you can be in providing details of what you are looking for.
Please note that our service representatives are not good
"mind readers.'' With over 1 million
products available, and over 5,000 manufacturers that we represent,
it is difficult to narrow down to the exact item that you
are looking for if you do not provide specific details. For
these "BLIND" searches,
we offer a search data base where you can look for good ideas,
and get specific information, and then we can assist in fine
tuning the product - detail for your needs. At the end of
this explanation is a detail sheet that you may use to assist
us in finding the product that works best for you
There is no charge for using our product search data base
as linked by the "SEARCH" button at the top right
side of our home page.
When our representatives do Detailed searches for you, or
you request changes in the criteria from what you previously
gave us, The cost is $45 per hour based on 20 minute minimum.
A PORTION of the charge, OR COMPLETE CHARGE IS REBATED
BACK to you on the order that you complete for a
"search" charged item. The rebate is 5% rebate for
each $1000 of product purchased that results from the search.
